Warning to drivers who commit offences

At our October meeting Police Scotland  told us that the law gives  the legal right to impound cars for various offences and to charge for keeping and returning them to the owner. After 14 days, if unclaimed, cars may be crushed.

To help you pick up your dog waste

Dog waste bags are available at the public toilets at the Links, Harbour Street and  the East Beach, when the cleaner is on the premises.

NRCC have been in discussion with Police Officers about ant-social driving in Nairn-in particular in Harbour street. The police  have urged the public to note registration and colour of cars involved and telephone if possible whilst anti-social driving was happening.  Information may also be given to the Police by telephoning their 101 Number.
